PAYMENTS and SECURITY

Women In The Waves uses STRATAPAY to take online payments via Credit Card.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Women In The Waves uses Australia Post. We offer 3 levels of shopping services: surface mail, air and overnight. Shipping charges are calculated using the delivery address code and weight and size of the merchandise packed. The shipping will be calculated at checkout, and /or can be estimated prior once items are placed in the online shopping cart by clicking on the view your cart button.

Delivery time does not include weekend days and holidays.

Confirmed paid orders placed before 12.00pm EST(Noon) (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day. It is also important to note that express shipping items do curtail order processing time.

If there are any issues/problems with your delivery, you will be notified by e-mail only. E-mail address is required for ordering. If you choose to give us a bad e-mail address, you may jeopardise our efforts to better serve you. (see our Privacy Statement)

HANDLING FEE

We charge a $2.50 handling fee per order. This includes the cost of order fulfilment and packing materials.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied within 7 days of your purchase, Women In The Waves will exchange the merchandise or refund your money. The customer must e-mail Women In The Waves using our contact us e-mail form prior to returning any merchandise.

Women In The Waves will not accept returned items after 7 days of purchase.

Defective products must be returned in their original factory packing. Make sure to include the shipping slip or your name with the order number. Returns are not accepted without a return merchandise authorisation. When returning merchandise, we will require you to enclose your invoice with your order number.

All shipping charges for returned or exchanged items are at the customer's expense. Returns must be shipped "postage prepaid". Items received "postage collect" will be refused.

Your account will be credited once the returned merchandise has been received by Women In The Waves.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Any product delivered from Women In The Waves damaged must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery in order to be exchanged. It is the customer's responsibility to contact Women In The Waves as soon as possible via e-mail using our contact us email form for approval. The order number and a brief detailed summary of the problem are required in the e-mail. The customer will be subsequently contacted. Returned damaged merchandise, which has not been reported within the 5 days of delivery, will be refused. We will replace the damaged merchandise. However damaged merchandise returned for credit will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Women In The Waves refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or acts of nature. Our products are designed for private use and are not intended for commercial, public or rental usage. If the merchandise has been used and damaged as stated in the aforementioned, or not properly cared for, Women In The Waves will not be able to honour the return. The merchandise will be shipped back to the customer at his cost and no refund will be issued.
